Luke Holdmann
Founder / Architect

From the moment when Luke decided he wanted to be an architect, he also knew that he wanted to have his own firm. This dream and goal, which began before high school, has become a reality with the founding of All by Design LLC in January of 2025.
Leading up to the decision to establish his own practice, Luke cultivated a diverse and unique background which he applies to the services and designs offered to his clients. Drawing from his experiences in various fields such as music, dance, technology, and hand craftsmanship, Luke offers a perspective and skillset to the industry which truly sets him apart from his peers.
Luke’s commitment to honesty and communication is paramount to the philosophies he embodies through All by Design. At the same time, he believes firmly in establishing fair and professional relationships between him and his clients.
JarJar
Playtime Coordinator
Unmistakable Silhouette Winner, 2026
The most recent addition to the team, JarJar exudes a playful demeanor that is only reinforced by his silhouette. While still early in his career, he is eager to learn and grow and shows great potential. He aims to match and even exceed the performance standards of his predecessor, Vader.
Whenever he has the opportunity, JarJar likes to get out and experience new things and meet new people. When its time for play, his top-list preferences are tennis balls and anything to do with water.

Founder’s First
Ruler of the Bark Side
Vader was with All by Design’s founder, Luke, long before the beginnings of the firm. He was the first member of the team and set a high standard for performance, intelligence, and love. No matter the circumstance, Vader demonstrated exceptional poise and loyalty, and always brought positive energy to the situation.
Due to medical reasons, Vader retired in late 2025. The impact he had on those who knew him will always remain alive in their memories.
Obi (retired)
Non-Discriminatory Security
Public Threat, Private Sweatheart
Obi joined the team after his previous station was not suited to retain him. For most people, he vocally expressed his displeasure of their presence. However, for a select few, he showed an affectionate and playful side that was unmatched. He also took great comfort and companionship in his fellow K9, Vader.
A sudden medical condition forced Obi to retire at an early age in late 2024, despite him wishing to offer many more years of service. He’s remembered as the secret lover that only a few were blessed to know who he truly was.
